Privacy policy
This policy explains how OLT Solutions handles visitor, submission and listed-business information on Used Clothing Companies.
Effective September 4, 2026Information in public-source listings
Government datasets may contain a business name, registered address, postal area and trade activity. We publish business names and general locality, not full street addresses, for source-only UK records. Likely personal-name sole-trader records are filtered before import. A profile can be corrected, de-indexed or removed on request.
Information you submit
Company, trade-opportunity and response forms collect business identity and trade details plus a representative's name and business email. Contact names, emails and private responses are used for review, verification and qualified introductions; they are not displayed on the public opportunity board. Do not provide a personal email unless it is intentionally used as the company’s business contact.
Visitors and analytics
Our server, Cloudflare and security systems process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time to deliver and protect the site. We use first-party, cookieless aggregate analytics to count visits and understand which pages and referral categories are useful. We do not run an advertising tracker or sell visitor profiles.
Cookies and local storage
The public directory does not use an advertising cookie. Cloudflare may set a strictly technical security cookie when needed to distinguish legitimate traffic from abuse. Administrators receive a sign-in cookie. The submission form itself does not store a visitor identifier in local storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to host, secure and operate the service, or disclosed when legally required. Published company facts are visible to anyone by design.
Retention and security
Public trade opportunities normally expire after 90 days. Pending submissions, private responses and correction messages are kept only as long as needed for review, introductions, record integrity, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, moderation and data minimization, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information about you, withdraw consent where consent applies, or request that a profile be de-indexed or removed. Start from the company submission and update form; for an existing listing, use the link on that profile so the request is attached to the correct record.
International visitors
The directory is worldwide, while its operator and infrastructure may be located in Canada. Information may therefore be processed outside your country under laws that differ from yours. We respond to applicable privacy rights based on the requester’s location and the nature of the data.
Contact
The privacy lead is the person designated by OLT Solutions. Use the listing/update flow for profile requests. If no named delegate is published, responsibility rests with the organization’s highest authority under applicable Québec privacy law.
