What the directory is

The directory helps people discover businesses participating in the used-clothing and worn-textile trade. Profiles may come from reusable government trade records or from information a company submits about itself. Each profile identifies its source.

What a listing does not mean

• Inclusion is not an endorsement, accreditation, recommendation or guarantee.
• An official trade record shows reported activity under HS 6309; it does not prove current availability, volume, product grade, customers, destinations or commercial terms.
• “Company verified” means that a representative confirmed the profile through a business-controlled channel. It is not a quality or solvency rating.
• No organic result can pay for a higher position. Any future advertising must be visibly separated and labelled.

Your responsibility before trading

Cross-border used-clothing trade can be regulated or restricted by the importing and exporting countries. Before sending goods or money, independently verify the company, inspect the goods, agree grading standards, check sanctions and import rules, and use appropriate contracts, insurance and payment protection. Nothing on this site is legal, customs, financial or quality-control advice.

Company submissions and trade opportunities

You may submit a company, buying request, supply offer or response only if you are authorized to act for that business and the information is accurate. Do not submit private personal details for someone else, misleading claims, copied marketing text, unlawful goods or offers, payment credentials, or sanctions-evasion requests. Everything is moderated; we may verify, edit, reject, expire, close, de-index or remove it. A free submission does not guarantee publication or introduction to another party.

Marketplace and introductions

Public opportunities expire and show only the approved business and trade fields. Contact details and responses remain in a private review queue. We may introduce parties manually, but we are not a broker, agent, seller, buyer, escrow provider or party to any resulting transaction. You remain responsible for due diligence, contracts, customs compliance, goods, inspection, payment and delivery.

Corrections and removal

A listed company can propose corrections or request removal using “Claim or update this company” on its profile. Government-source status and company-confirmed status remain separate. We may retain a minimal audit record of moderation and removal requests where necessary to prevent accidental republication.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the directory for fraud, spam, harassment, sanctions evasion or unlawful trade.
• Do not bulk-extract or republish the compiled database. The underlying government sources remain available under their own licences.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or submit automated junk.

Intellectual property and public information

Individual business facts are not claimed as our property. The site’s original writing, design, selection and arrangement are protected. UK public-sector information is reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0; Canadian records are reused under the Open Government Licence – Canada. Source agencies do not endorse this directory.

No warranty and limitation

The site is provided “as is.” Information can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. To the extent allowed by law, OLT Solutions is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a profile or from a transaction with a listed business. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada. We may update them when the service or law changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
